Regis Investments, Ltd. is a company formed and registered in February 2003, by three men with varied experiences in management consulting, salt mining, Information/Telecom Technology, Agriculture and Commodity Trading.
Regis intends to capitalize on the experience mix of the owners to maximize return on equity by investing in each of the areas mentioned above, sequentially, with the salt investment being the first major drive.
The company has majority holding (100%) in Crown Sea Salt, Ltd, a 40-acre natural sea salt farm development along the West coast of Ghana, in Apam, Central Region. This site was a strategic investment to serve a specific niche market demand and to be used as a research facility.
Crown Sea Salt Ltd
Crown Sea Salt Ltd has a fully developed 40-acre salt farm, which will be used for developing new technologies and production methods, for subsequent transfer to its 120-acre facility.
Beulah Farms
Beulah Farms is the General Farming wing of Regis Investments Ltd that will focus on Fish Farming, vegetable and other crop cultivation and animal husbandry.
Regis Consult
In addition Regis has a management and engineering consulting wing, Regis Consult, with expertise through a wide and comprehensive network of accomplished and highly skilled professionals in a wide range of fields ranging from market research, electrical engineering, management consultancy, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Information Technology (IT)/Telecom Solutions, Taxation and Accountancy.
Commodity Trading
In Commodity Trading, Regis Investments Ltd focuses on General Commodity Trading such as Petroleum products (crude, refined, base oils, lubricants), Cement, Clinker, Sugar, Plywood, Fertilizer (Urea), Used Rails, Scrap metal (HMS1/2) and Iron Ore. We offer integrity and transparency to ensure the confidence of the trading parties is never betrayed and transactions are concluded in a manner that is completely satisfactory to all the parties involved.
The Promoters of Regis Investments Ltd invest equity capital and contract medium term debt capital from offshore and local sources, to share in the risks as well as the profits of a proposed venture.
